Design2Tailwind ("we," "us," or "our") is a service operated by Red Pixel LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit design2tailwind.com or engage us for design-to-code services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

• Quote and contact requests. When you use our "Get a Free Quote" form or email us at hello@design2tailwind.com, we receive the name, email address, company, project description, and any files or links you share so we can respond.
• Newsletter and RSS. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. RSS feed access does not require any personal information.
• Client engagement information. If we enter into a services agreement with you, we collect billing details, project assets (designs, brand materials, copy), and any access credentials you choose to share for delivery.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is GDPR/PECR/CCPA-compliant by default. Fathom records anonymized, aggregated information such as page views, referrers, country, and device type.
• Strictly necessary cookies. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set short-lived security and performance cookies (for example, __cf_bm) to protect against abuse. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may temporarily log IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to quote requests, inquiries, and support questions.
• Deliver and invoice agreed-upon design-to-code services.
• Send newsletter content you have subscribed to.
• Understand aggregate site traffic and improve content and pages.
• Protect our website and clients from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business under appropriate confidentiality terms. Current providers include:

• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN for design2tailwind.com.
• Fathom Analytics — anonymized website analytics.
• Email and invoicing providers — to send quotes, newsletters, and invoices.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Red Pixel LLC, our clients, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services or as required for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes. Quote inquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymized. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the project plus the period required by applicable tax and contract law.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@design2tailwind.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Because we use Fathom Analytics, no opt-out is necessary for analytics — we do not track you personally.

6. International Transfers

Red Pixel LLC is based in the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to us over the internet.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
